Alkaline Labs, which is based in the United Kingdom, was established in 2011 with the sole purpose to develop apps and games for devices which run Google's Android operating system.
Each app is developed for use across a range of devices and Android software versions, so that most, if not all users have the opportunity to experience them. For detailed information on released apps, please visit the Home page.
Throughout the use of each app you will experience a consistent level of quality, along with a recognisable house style and creative user interface. Every app has a targeted purpose and is intended to cater to that purpose at a high level, such as "Ambient Sounds" which offers a multitude of sounds to suit as many users as possible.
All user feedback is taken into consideration with all Alkaline Labs apps. Numerous users have already contributed ideas and suggestions which have been incorporated into "Virtual Acoustic Guitar" and "Ambient Sounds". If you have a problem with an Alkaline Labs app, please get in contact, stating your phone/tablet model and the problem that is occuring. If something is affecting your experience then chances are that others have the same problem too.
To ensure that users can get a taster of an app before purchase, some of the apps have "Lite" versions which are free of charge. These versions contain limited functionality and act as a demonstration of the full app.
Some Alkaline Labs apps alternatively only offer a purchased version (although this purchase can be refunded within 15 minutes of purchasing the app) and some apps are completely free. Please note that all free apps and free versions apps contain non-intrusive adverts.
